Learn how to address the challenging public health problem of hazing using a strategic, comprehensive, and interdisciplinary approach that focuses on preventing hazing rather than just responding to incidents.

NEW This Year

We are excited to introduce new content that will assist participants comply with the Stop Campus Hazing Act at this year’s Institute!

Welcome to the Team!

To continue providing the best experience for participants, we have partnered with Plaid to host the virtual institute on Howspace. Plaid will also serve as our education partner to host asynchronous content developed by our experienced faculty.

It was a dedicated time and space to dig into prevention work with a group of individuals who actively want to talk about hazing prevention without other agendas. The space provides time to think, test ideas, and learn from others so make your initiatives better.

We need to think about these complex issues in a new way and this institute gives the space and coaching to start to do that.

I enjoyed my time at IIHP, especially having the opportunity to network with Kim Novak and the rest of the faculty, who are both extremely knowledgeable and passionate about positively impacting campus hazing prevention initiatives

Excellent opportunity for strategic planning and chance to really dive into the issue. I loved the smaller size to really get to know participants. Well worth my time.

The institute changed the way I view hazing prevention for the better. My colleagues and I will take a new approach to our committee by doing in-depth problem analysis at our university to help us determine the best programs and policies to implement.
